So, it seems the whole Season 2 is already available on Netflix. I’ll be honest : I knew it would happen eventually, but not so soon. :)
I invite you all to refrain from posting spoiler for a few weeks, or at least to give the proper tags so people can avoid getting spoiled.

Sometimes it doesn't matter if the author intended for the blue curtains to have meaning. Sometimes the author grew up in a society where colours have learned associations and subconsciously applied those associations in the text. Sometimes a reader who grew up in the same society or who has studied a certain society is able to pick up upon those associations and it inhances the story. Sometimes recognising the associations that can be made (consciously or subconsciously) within a text will reveal a hidden layer of real world context about the author. Sometimes the curtains are just blue and sometimes the reason an author has chosen to use a goblin race as its evil doers is rooted in antisemitism. Do you see what I'm saying?
If those are storm clouds, then Drakken's plan was some sort of "Weather Cannon." Otherwise I think he was going to just straight up shoot Kim with a laser.
When reading fanfic keep in mind that for professional literature:
Fics over 40k are literally a novel written and shared for free. If you have written a 40k+ fic, you have literally written a novel.
And if you’ve written a novel once, you can do it again. If you want to. Please don’t self-reject. Send stories out. The more the merrier. Or don’t if that’s not your wish. Find joy.
